The tubular LED lamp (1) has a cooling element (4) that is arranged within a LED light carrier (3) made of glass. A activatable getter material (5) is installed in the LED light carrier for adsorption of gases such as oxygen in the gas space and substances such as activated carbon and/or silica gel. The LED light carrier is filled with an inert gas with pressure greater than atmospheric pressure. The carrier is coating with fine-grained titanium dioxide and/or fine-grained calcium carbonate.
