The method involves installing heating circuit dispatcher (HK) that is connected to rooms of building corresponding to valve (V) that is set between open position and closed position. The valve is connected with actuator (ST) that controls passage of heating or cooling medium. The actuator for actuating the valves is optionally substituted by slider (7), and connected individually and separately to an electric voltage source (11) for a predetermined period of time. An independent claim is included for an arrangement for controlling temperature of rooms in building.
