The method involves bonding a closure (14) i.e. disk or film (7), to an anchor hole (2) that surrounds the edge of an anchoring substrate (1) such that a rotor mass (11) is inserted into the anchor hole through the closure. An anchor rod is inserted into the anchor hole through the closure. The rotor mass is introduced in an opening region of the anchor hole. The closure comprises a hole and/or vent line (13) that is set in the anchor hole before the introduction of the rotor mass.
