<p>It is an object of the present invention to provide a method allowing for correct decryption of encrypted information by making a code nucleic acid introduced into a cell less sensitive to affection due to mutation occurring during cell division. The invention is directed to a method of encryption using a nucleic acid, comprising the steps of: synthesizing a nucleic acid having a base sequence associated with information to be encrypted; and introducing the nucleic acid into a cell; wherein the information is encoded by a binary sequence, and one of 0 and 1 constituting the binary sequence is associated with either of a purine base or a pyrimidine base, and the other is associated with the other base.</p> |
