摘要 <p>A fluorescent imaging system comprises: a fluorescent excitation unit (150), a beam generated by the fluorescent excitation unit irradiating on a fluorescent material, so that the fluorescent material excites fluorescence; a light filter group (130) for filtering the fluorescence excited by the fluorescent material, so as to filter out light in a non-fluorescent band; an imaging objective lens (120) for receiving the fluorescence filtered by the light filter group (130); and a detector (110), a valid wavelength range detected by the detector being 800 to 1700nm, for obtaining an image of the fluorescent material through the imaging objective lens (120). The fluorescent imaging system adopts a near-infrared laser beam to irradiate a small animal, and excite quantum dots in the small animal to emit fluorescence, so that deep tissue, organs, and cells in the living small animal can be rapidly and efficiently observed in real time without loss, and efficient technical support is provided for future researches on cancer cells and stem cells, and other aspects; in addition, a topographic characteristic of other materials in a near-infrared band can be observed.</p>
