<p>The cpd. 1-(8-nitro-10,11-dihydro-dibenzo b,f , thiepin-10-yl)-piperazine is new and may be prepd. by reaction of piperazine (or a deriv. substd. on one N by a gp. hydrolysable to H) with a reactive ester deriv. of 8-nitro-10,11-dihydro-dibenzo b,f thiepin-10-ol. The cpd. is esp. useful to treat insomnia, states of tension and excitation.</p> |
