PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample transfer device, a sample treatment system, and a sample transfer method that can reduce users' trouble.SOLUTION: A conveyance path 140 conveys sample racks L that can hold a plurality of sample containers. An empty rack storage section 110 stores emptied sample racks L without the sample containers. A container transfer section 130 removes the sample containers from the sample racks L conveyed by the conveyance path 140, and places the removed sample containers on other sample racks L supplied from the empty rack storage section 110. The resultant emptied sample racks L on the conveyance path 140 are transferred to the empty rack storage section 110 by a rack push-out mechanism 151. The emptied sample racks stored in the empty racks storage section 110 are transferred to the conveyance path 140 by a rack in-feed mechanism 111. The resultant emptied sample racks L from which the container transfer section 130 removes all sample containers are stored in the empty racks storage section 110. |
