PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, by solving, as challenges faced by transfer methods of the prior art, problems of characteristics of graphene being affected by binder layers and of graphene being damaged on transfer occasions, a methodology for forming, in the absence of a binder layer, a less damage-prone graphene laminate.SOLUTION: In this problem-solving method for forming a graphene laminate by transferring, onto a transfer target material by using an intermediate medium, a graphene film formed atop a substrate for film deposition based on the CVD method, not only is a filmy intermediate medium having a tacky surface used but the graphene surface of the intermediate medium and the transfer target material are mutually pasted within a liquid or vacuum so as to elicit the interactivity of both. |
