PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corpuscular ray irradiation system and an operation method therefor, providing multistage emission control operation which controls a change in emission beam energy of a synchrotron in a short time, in which an operation cycle is updated in a short time when irradiation of an ion beam is interrupted, in order to improve the dose rate.SOLUTION: Control data for a device constituting a synchrotron 13 includes: initial acceleration control data; a plurality of pieces of emission control data; a plurality of pieces of energy change control data connecting between the plurality of pieces of emission control data; and a plurality of pieces of deceleration data corresponding to the plurality of pieces of emission control data. The emission of beams with the plurality of energies is controlled by combining these control data, and also the deceleration control data corresponding to the plurality of energies enables a smooth transition to the deceleration control from any energy. |
