PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improvement to prevent the remarkable increase in ESR under a thermal load during the time when a capacitor is soldered.SOLUTION: The method comprises the step of providing a polymer intermediate layer 11 between a solid electrolyte 4 and a polymer exterior layer 5 by use of a dispersion material comprising conductive particles of polypyrrole and/or polyaniline and/or polythiophene having an average particle diameter in a range 1-60 nm, especially conductive polythiophene particles, and a coupling agent. |
