The device (1) has two wheels (2) arranged relative to a vehicle structure (7) by a wheel carrier (3). A plate spring (8) is utilized for resilient loading of the wheel carrier. A rotary actuator (10) is formed by the plate spring. The wheel carrier is articulated at two spaced-apart leaf spring end parts (9) of the plate spring. Center of the plate spring is engaged with the rotary actuator, where the plate spring is arranged about an axis that is perpendicular to a longitudinal extension unit. The plate spring is arranged perpendicular to vehicle longitudinal axis.
