A luminescence display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase a lifespan of an OEL(Organic Electro Luminescence) cell by preventing the permeation of the water inside the substrate with the OEL cell by a first seal pattern. A light emitting cell is formed on a substrate(120). The water is removed from the light emitting cell formed on the substrate. A first seal pattern(162) is formed on the substrate. The adhesion between the first seal pattern and the substrate is increased by reacting with the water. The first seal pattern is formed along the front or the outer area of the substrate. The first seal pattern is made of polysilazane to generate silicon oxide by reacting with the water. |
