The present invention discloses a shoulder heating pad using hot water. A shoulder heating pad according to the present invention comprises: a pad unit formed so as to wrap shoulders based on back; a hot water hose arranged in a zigzag pattern in the pad unit and having an inlet and an outlet; and a hot water boiler connected to the inlet and the outlet of the hot water hose and circulating heated hot water. The hot water hose is arranged to deliver relatively higher heat than other regions to a shoulder joint region of a pad unit corresponding to the joint regions of both shoulders of a user who wears the pad unit. |
