The present invention relates to a light emitting device. Disclosed is the light emitting device comprising a plurality of semiconductor layers; a first and a second electrodes formed on at least two semiconductor layers respectively; a radiation layer with insulation properties formed on the first and second electrodes to expose at least part of each thereof and transmitting heat generated by the semiconductor layer to outside; and connection electrodes formed to connect the first and second electrodes respectively.
