PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen knife holder for housing a kitchen knife in the obliquely-inserted state of the kitchen knife, which reliably prevents the kitchen knife from being pulled out in a locked state and which enhances convenience in an unlocked state.SOLUTION: A kitchen knife holder 100 for housing a cutting edge of a kitchen knife 200 in the state of directing it downward and obliquely inserting it includes: a slit 102 into which the cutting edge is to be inserted; an inclined plane 104 which abuts on a handle 204 to support the kitchen knife in an oblique attitude; and a lock member 110 which is positioned below the inclined handle 204 and which rotates along a cutting edge surface to be movable between a position corresponding to a jaw of the cutting edge and a position deviating from the cutting edge. |
