Disclosed is a drill chuck, provided with a front body (1), a rear body (2), a clamping jaw (3), a nut (5), and a rear socket (10), wherein the clamping jaw is provided with an external clamping jaw thread (18), and the nut is provided with an internal nut thread (19), with the external clamping jaw thread mutually cooperating with the internal nut thread; the nut is fixedly connected to the rear socket, and the rear socket is fixedly connected to the rear body; and the helix angle alpha between the external clamping jaw thread and the internal nut thread is in the range of 1.43°<=alpha<=19.12°. The drill chuck has a large clamping force, and is not only able to be opened conveniently but is also able to protect the tool, and has a simple structure and relatively low costs. |
