Provided are a distributed call ticket statistical method, device and system, which relate to the field of communications. The method includes: according to the performance parameters of at least one call ticket statistical server and the current call ticket storage content of at least one call ticket storage server, a call ticket statistical management server establishing a correlation between the at least one call ticket statistical server and the at least one call ticket storage server; receiving a statistical instruction from an administrator; according to the correlation, sending the statistical instruction to the at least one call ticket statistical server to allow the at least one call ticket statistical server to generate call ticket statistics according to the call ticket data stored in the call ticket storage server corresponding to the call ticket statistical server, respectively, so as to generate at least one first statistical result; receiving the at least one first statistical result from the at least one call ticket statistical server; generating statistics on the at least one first statistical result to generate a second statistical result; and sending the second statistical result to the administrator. |
