PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation device capable of increasing the reliability.SOLUTION: A power generation device 1 includes: a supporting part 11; a beam part 12 supported by the supporting part 11; and a piezoelectric conversion part 14 formed on the beam part 12. The piezoelectric conversion part 14 converts stress generated due to vibration of the beam part 12 into AC voltage. The power generation device 1 is arranged so that each of the side faces 12a and 12a of the beam part 12 extends back of the fixed end face part 11a deeper than the intersections P and P between the side faces 12a and 12a of the beam part 12 and the fixed end face part 11a of the beam part 12 in the supporting part 11. |
