PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas dissolution apparatus capable of smoothly discharging a part of undissolved gas accumulating in an upper portion and the like of a dissolution tank to the outside of the tank by a gas release valve.SOLUTION: A dissolution tank 4 includes a gas release valve 20 in an upper portion of a gas-liquid separation tank. The gas release valve includes a gas introduction part in a bottom portion thereof. The gas introduction part includes a vent hole for introducing a part of gas accumulating in an upper portion of the gas-liquid separation tank to inside of the gas introduction part. A wall portion is formed outside the vent hole. The wall portion suppresses inflow of liquid into the gas introduction part.
