PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a composite magnetic body capable of obtaining a real part μr' having a high complex permeability, by orienting plate particles having magnetism satisfactorily to the surface of an insulating resin, and to provide a composite magnetic body.SOLUTION: The method of producing a composite magnetic body containing plate magnetic particles and an insulating resin includes making parallel magnetic lines of force H penetrate a resin composition 11 where plate magnetic particles 12 are added into an insulating resin 13 having fluidity, by applying a magnetic field in the x-axis direction of the resin composition 11 by using a pair of magnets 14, 15 having magnetic poles different from each other, and then making parallel magnetic lines of force H penetrate the resin composition 11 in one of other directions forming an angle of 70°-110° with respect to the x-axis direction of the resin composition 11. |
