PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a device having a flexible component element mounted on a three-dimensional surface.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic lens, which is subjected to excitation and which comprises a variable optical part capable of changing optical characteristics of the lens, includes a separately-thin-layered flexible component. In addition, a flexible semiconductor device 191 can be incorporated onto a surface of a three-dimensional board having an electric contact. In some embodiments, a formed device can be incorporated into an ophthalmic device. |
