PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device and a shift register circuit which have few noises in a non-chosen period, and do not always turn on a transistor.SOLUTION: First to fourth transistors are provided. Either one side of a source and a drain of the first transistor is connected to first wiring and the other side is connected with a gate electrode of the second transistor. The gate electrode is connected to fifth wiring, either one side of the source or the drain of the second transistor is connected to third wiring and the other side is connected to sixth wiring. Either one side of the source and the drain of the third transistor is connected to second wiring and the other side is connected to the gate electrode of the second transistor. The gate electrode is connected to fourth wiring, either one side of the source and the drain of the fourth transistor is connected to the second wiring, and the other side is connected to the sixth wiring. The gate electrode is connected to the fourth wiring.
