PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover hydrogen sulfide gas of low concentration that is generated at a periodic inspection time or start-up time of a production plant and effectively supply the hydrogen sulfide gas to a treatment plant using the same.SOLUTION: A production plant of hydrogen sulfide gas includes a first supply line 14 for supplying the hydrogen sulfide gas obtained from a sulfur recovering unit 13 to a treatment plant X, and a second supply line 16 for supplying the hydrogen sulfide gas coming from the sulfur recovering unit 13 to the treatment plant X, the second supply line branching at a predetermined location 15 of the first supply line 14. A concentration meter 22 for measuring hydrogen sulfide gas concentration is installed upstream of the branch location 15 in the first supply line 14. The first supply line 14 and the second supply line 16 are provided with ON/OFF valves 23 and 26 installed downstream of the branch location 15 for performing ON/OFF control of supply via each supply line to the treatment plant X, respectively.
