PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a smokeless roaster which employs a radiation plate cannot perform two kinds of cooking methods simultaneously.SOLUTION: In a smokeless roaster, any one of four kinds of meat roasting cookers 7, 7a, 7b and 7c is removably installed in an upper opening of an inner box 4; a burner 25 is accommodated inside of a supporting circumferential wall 15 in a drain pan 14 of the bottom portion of the inner box 4; a radiation plate 26 is disposed above the supporting circumferential wall 15; the radiation plate 26 forms a larger hot gas passing hole 28 at the center and a plurality of smaller hot gas passing holes 29, 29a and so on around the hot gas passing hole 28; and the hot gas passing hole 28 can be closed with a closing cover 30. The four kinds of meat roasting cookers 7, 7a, 7b and 7c can be changed into cooking modes of four patterns: three kinds of combinations of a grid net portion 37 having a center hole 39, and an iron plate portion 38, a pan 44 and a pulkogi pan 47 to be mounted thereon; a grid net 48 alone with the hot gas passing hole 28 of the radiation plate 26 being opened in the case of combination of the grid net portion 37, the iron plate portion 38, and the pan 44 or the pulkogi pan 47; and the hot gas passing hole 28 of the radiation plate 26 being closed with the closing cover 30 in the case of the grid net 48 alone. |
