PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board sheet for constituting a white board in which irregularities are formed almost uniformly, substantially on the whole area of a writing surface, a brush head is hard to slip and writing is facilitated, and also the reflection or dazzle of light is hardly caused and further the irregularities are minute and less likely to attract attention, so that the writing or a projected image is easily viewed, the erasure is easy, having superior productivity and irregularity durability, and further the printing of a substrate is easily viewed, and to provide a white board constituting a writing surface by the board sheet.SOLUTION: A board sheet 1 is configured such that the surface of a base material 2 including at least a white sheet is coated with a coating agent including at least two kinds of cross-linkable resin contents having physical properties different from each other and is dried, and furthermore is subjected to cross-linking reaction, and thereby the resin contents are phase-separated with the drying of the coating agent to form a resin layer 3 formed of irregular surfaces, and the irregular surface of the resin layer is used as a writing surface 4.
