On the basis of location information, the user's vital signs information, and the user's means-of-transport information which are acquired with a terminal device (20) which a user employs, a location for which advice is to be provided is assessed whereat a user has a prescribed emotion, for example, and advice information is generated which includes information which denotes an advice presentation region which is set with a server (50) on the basis of the location for which advice is to be provided. This advice information is supplied from the server (50) to the terminal device (20), and a presentation of advice is carried out on the terminal device (20). Thus, it is possible, for example, by advising a driver of a site which a pedestrian feels is dangerous, or by advising a pedestrian of a site which a driver feels is dangerous, to avoid accidents, etc. |
