PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve photoelectric conversion efficiency of a silicon solar battery by providing lead-based glass having large effect to enhance fire-through property, difficult to form heterogeneous layers in a semiconductor layer and suffer corrosion by an n-type semiconductor layer.SOLUTION: The glass for an electrode formation contains, by mass%, PbO of 60 to 95%, BOof 0 to 20% or less, SiO+AlOof 1 to 30% and TeOof 0.1 to 30%, and uses a silicon solar battery. |
