PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable L-ascorbic acid granule obtained by coating L-ascorbic acid as a core substance with fatty acid ester of L-ascorbic acid, and a complex granule containing a granule coated with fatty acid ester of L-ascorbic acid.SOLUTION: L-ascorbic acid crystal is coated with fatty acid ester of L-ascorbic acid by using a high-speed agitated granulation method or a triaxial mixing granulation method. The weight ratio of the L-ascorbic acid crystal to the fatty acid ester of L-ascorbic acid is 1:0.5 to 0.5:1. |
