PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel catalyst material using a Fischer-Tropsch catalyst, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A composite catalytic material includes a core-shell structure which contains a porous metal complex formed by accumulating organic metal complexes including a central metal and an organic ligand coordinating on the central metal, and having a porous structure, and Fischer-Tropsch catalyst particles used for a Fischer-Tropsch reaction for synthesizing a hydrocarbon from carbon monoxide and hydrogen, and in which at least a part of surfaces of the Fischer-Tropsch catalyst particles is coated with the porous metal complex.
