PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and an electronic apparatus capable of achieving a highly efficient power supply state.SOLUTION: An image forming system 100 comprises: an image forming apparatus 10 having a first converter 16 to convert power supply into first direct current power; a peripheral device 20 having a second converter 23 to convert the power supply into second direct current power; a predicted value calculation unit 14; and a controller 15. The predicted value calculation unit 14 calculates a first predicted value indicating the predicted value of the power supply needed for a first power supply state, a second predicted value indicating the predicted value of the power supply needed for a second power supply state, and a third predicted value indicating the predicted value of the power supply needed for a third power supply state using first conversion efficiency of the first converter 16 and second conversion efficiency of the second converter 23. The controller 15 performs control for switching the power supply state corresponding to the smallest predicted value among the first predicted value, the second predicted value, and the third predicted value. |
