PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily grasp a relation between submission and response among users other than the user.SOLUTION: When browsing service for messages exchanged between submissions and responses to the submissions is provided among a plurality of users, a terminal device 20 is configured to have an allocation unit 254 that allocates each of user images corresponding to a part or all of the plurality of users to the same number of reference positions as that of the user images on a screen according to a predetermined rule; a position determination unit 255 that determines the reference positions to each of which the user image corresponding to each of the plurality of users is allocated, as display positions to display the user images; and a position changing unit 256 that changes the display position of the user image corresponding to a user who has responded to submission of a user, to a position in the proximity of the user image corresponding to the user who has submitted a message.
