PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy tearable biaxial oriented nylon film having an excellent easy tearable property and having high strength.SOLUTION: An easy tearable biaxial oriented nylon film 3 includes nylon 6 and methaxylyleneadipamide as a raw material, wherein a maximum value of 3-dimensional birefringence &Dgr;n in a range of angle distribution in-plane from 0° to 20° is at most 0.005 when the film is inclined by 30° to be measured.
