PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin fine particle water dispersion in which hard cake layer formation by a precipitated resin fine particle is suppressed, and redispersibility is satisfactory.SOLUTION: A resin fine particle water dispersion includes: (A) a polyether ester block copolymer fine particle having a melting point of at least 120°C; (B) a surfactant chosen from at least one of an anionic surfactant, a cationic surfactant, and an ampholytic surfactant; and (C) water, wherein (B) is at least 1 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of (A). It is especially effective when the polyether ester block copolymer is 1-100 μm, and (B) the surfactant is preferably an anionic surfactant. |
