PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which is excellent in fluidity, heat resistance, and flame retardancy and can be suitably used for sealant application.SOLUTION: The resin composition for a sealant, which contains an epoxy resin, is characterized in that: it contains (A) an epoxy resin, (B) at least one selected from the group consisting of an acid anhydride, an amine compound, and a phenol compound, (C) an organic group-containing silsesquioxane, (D) silica, and (E) a composite metal oxide; and at least one selected from the group consisting of the epoxy resin, the acid anhydride, the amine compound, and the phenol compound has a melting point of 100°C or higher. |
