<p>Cpds. are of formula (where (i) R=Me; X=H; Y=N-CF3 (ii) R=Et; X=m-Cl; Y = p - Cl). The cpds. are herbicides as are those of the parent patent. When applied at 0.25 kg/ha the cpd. (i) gives 100% reduction of beet, mustard and clover but only 10% reduction of oats, 13% of wheat and 15% of maize.</p> |
