A piezoelectric power generating apparatus (1) is provided with: a first oscillating section (K1) having a fixed end (CE1) and a free end (FE1); a first weight section (M1) bonded to the free end (FE1) of the first oscillating section (K1); a second oscillating section (K2), which has a fixed end (CE2) bonded to the first weight section (M1), and a free end (FE2), and which also has an oscillating plate and a piezoelectric element that is provided on the oscillating plate; and a second weight section (M2) bonded to the free end (FE2) of the second oscillating section (K2). With an oscillating surface (FS) as reference in a state wherein the piezoelectric power generating apparatus is stationary by being disposed on the oscillating surface (FS), the position of the free end (FE1) of the first oscillating section (K1) and the position of the fixed end (CE2) of the second oscillating section (K2) are different from each other in the direction of an axis (CA) perpendicular to the oscillating surface (FS).
