Disclosed are a video sending method, device, and system. The method comprises: receiving, by a media server, a webpage playback request sent by an application server, where the webpage playback request is the webpage playback request accordingly generated by the application server according to a received IVVR request of a user terminal; obtaining, by the media server, a webpage file according to the webpage playback request; converting, by the media server, the webpage file into a video, and sending the video to the user terminal. By means of the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention, a webpage is considered as an interaction interface, and a problem that creation of the video file is complicated in the process of implementing an IVVR in the prior art is solved. The webpage is considered as the interaction interface, thereby simplifying implementation of an interactive voice and video response, facilitating subsequent maintenance and update of the interaction interface, and further improving flexibility, reducing limitation, and facilitating the creation of a video interactive interface by a user. |
