<p>Disclosed is a gas reversing device for a gas heater of a coal pyrolyzing furnace. The gas reversing device is serially connected in the pipelines of two sets of gas heaters, and comprises an upper disk, a lower disk, a rotary reversing motor, an air fan, a gas fan, and an exhaust gas fan. The lower disk is respectively connected to an air main pipe and a first air branch pipe and a second air branch pipe, a gas main pipe and a first gas branch pipe and a second gas branch pipe, and a burnt gas main pipe and a second burnt gas branch pipe and a first burnt gas branch pipe. The arrangement of the second burnt gas branch pipe and the first burnt gas branch pipe is opposite to the arrangement of the first air branch pipe and the second air branch pipe and the arrangement of the first gas branch pipe and the second gas branch pipe. The upper disk is respectively correspondingly provided with an air connecting pipe, a gas connecting pipe, and a burnt gas connecting pipe, and the rotary reversing motor is drivingly connected to the upper disk to drive the reciprocating rotation of the upper disk on the lower disk. According to the present invention, by the way of two in and one out of gas, the alternative combustion of the two sets of gas heaters and heat storage and heat exchange of the two sets of heat storage heat exchangers are realized.</p> |
