The present invention relates to a seawater supply pipe holding weight of a fish farm for firmly holding a seawater supply pipe supplying seawater to the fish farm using a concrete block which is a waste material from a railroad. The seawater supply pipe holding weight of the fish farm using the waste concrete block of the present invention is formed of concrete, and includes a pair of shoulders with coupling holes on both upper sides locating two waste concrete blocks with a predetermined distance. Both ends of a coupling rebar are inserted into the coupling holes on the shoulders of the waste concrete block for locating each waste concrete block on both sides of the seawater supply pipe, pressuring the upper side of the seawater supply pipe using the coupling rebar, and fixing the location of the seawater supply pipe.
