The present invention relates to an apparatus for harvesting mushrooms capable of simultaneously separating and harvesting multiple mushrooms from media. The apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a carrier part (10) for intermittently carrying a container to be carried (2) for mushroom cultivation; a grasping part (20) including a pair of maintenance elements (15) for maintaining the container to be carried (2) to be immobile and a grasping member row having multiple grasping members (21), wherein the grasping members (21) are paired so that the paired grasping members (21) are inserted around roots of the mushrooms (1) to grasp the mushrooms; and an elevating unit (30) for elevating the grasping part (20); and a horizontally movement unit (40) for horizontally moving the grasping unit (20). The apparatus according to the present invention further comprises a movement driver part of the grasping part, wherein the movement driver pulls out the multiple mushrooms (1), which is grasped by the grasping part (20) and elevated by the elevating unit (30), and moves the multiple mushrooms in a horizontal direction by the horizontally moving unit (40).
