It is an object of the present invention to provide an adhesive patch agent which improves the percutaneous absorption of agomelatine. Agomelatine is dissolved in a fatty acid-based liquid containing many different ions to obtain an adhesive patch composition which improves the percutaneous absorption of the adhesive patch agent of the present invention. In addition, dermal irritation of the agent can be resolved by adding an organic solvent, and release of agomelatine can be controlled by adding a filler. As a result, the adhesive patch agent of the present invention can achieve an in vivo change in blood concentration which is superior to that of an oral tablet of agomelatine. By providing a sustained-release adhesive patch agent with good agomelatine percutaneous absorption, the present invention is able to realize a novel administration form, that is, the percutaneous administration of agomelatine. |
