PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sufficient improvement of resolving power of measurement by a structure in which torque of a rotary shaft is measured on the basis of measurement of a torsional amount of the rotary shaft by a pair of encoders and a pair of sensors, and to further attain a structure capable of supporting both of the sensors at one part.SOLUTION: A target rotary shaft is determined to be a rotary shaft unit 6 that is formed by coupling a hollow input shaft 13 having an input gear 7 fixed and a hollow output shaft 14 having an output gear 8 fixed with a torsion bar 15 arranged on an inner diameter side of both shafts 13 and 14. Further, a first encoder 10 supportedly fixed at a part which is rotated together with the input shaft 13 and a second encoder 11 supportedly fixed at a part which is rotated together with the output shaft 14 are arranged in close proximity to each other. In a state where detection parts of a pair of sensors 42a and 42b held in one sensor unit 12 are directed to detected parts of both of the encoders 10 and 11, the sensor unit 12 is supported by a housing. |
