PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive paste admixture exhibiting pliable reactivities and favorable thermal behaviors, etc. in targeting the solar panel technology.SOLUTION: One embodiment concerns an inorganic reaction system used for an electroconductive paste composition, and this inorganic reaction system includes a lead-containing matrix composition and a tellurium-containing matrix composition. Other embodiments provide an electroconductive paste composition including an electroconductive metal component, the inorganic reaction system, and an organic vehicle and a solar cell manufactured by applying the electroconductive paste composition to a silicon wafer. Still another embodiment provides, as a solar cell module provided by assembling the solar cells manufactured by applying the electroconductive paste composition to the silicon wafer, a solar cell module wherein the electroconductive paste composition includes the electroconductive metal component, the inorganic reaction system, and the organic vehicle. |
