PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition for a prepreg which achieves both excellent fire retardancy and sufficient exudation inhibition at an opening of a fine circuit.SOLUTION: An epoxy resin composition includes an epoxy resin, a curing agent, and a curing catalyst. The epoxy resin includes an epoxy resin A having a naphthalene skeleton, and an epoxy resin B having phosphorus. The viscosity of the epoxy resin A at 150°C is 500-3000 mPa s. |
