PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination apparatus usage history management system enabling easy generation and reliable management of a medical an examination apparatus usage history while maintaining the original function of a medical examination apparatus.SOLUTION: A medical examination apparatus usage history management system 1 includes: a medical apparatus identification medium 11 having apparatus identification information 11a of a medical examination apparatus 2; an affected region identification medium 12 having affected region identification information 12 of an affected region; a terminal device 5 that is capable of storing individual pieces of apparatus identification information 11a and 12b in the order of reading, correlates date-time information with the identification information when reading the information, correlates examination start information with the identification information at a first reading of the apparatus identification information 11a, and correlates examination end information with the identification information at the next reading; and a medical apparatus usage history server 6 for collecting individual pieces of information from the terminal device 5, and discriminating usage time of the medical examination apparatus 2 and an affected region on the basis of the identification information 11a and 12b stored by being sandwiched between the examination start information and examination end information, to manage a discrimination result as a usage history. |
