PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a light emission part smaller than conventional ones in a head lamp for a vehicle with a DRL function.SOLUTION: A head lamp 1 for a vehicle comprises a light guide lens 5 for HL for a head lamp function, and a DRL unit 3 for a DRL function. The light guide lens 5 for HL has: an incident face 51 provided in front of an LED 4 for HL; a front reflection face 52 provided at a front portion in front of the incident face 51 and reflecting light from the incident face 51 diagonally backward and downward; a rear reflection face 54 provided at a rear portion on a diagonally backward and downward part of the reflection face 52, and reflecting light from the front reflection face 52 forward; an emission face 53 provided at the front portion in front of the rear reflection face 54 and emitting light from the rear reflection face 54; and a translucent part 55 capable of permeating light in a forward and backward direction between the reflection face 52 and the rear reflection face 54 in an upward and downward direction. The DRL unit 3 is arranged at a rear part of the translucent part 55, and radiates the light permeating through the translucent part 55 forward. |
