A lease exchange method for a leased container is used by a plurality of lessees on a network platform. The method comprises the steps of: providing an interface for a plurality of lessees to respectively input data of at least one container to be swapped out and the storage location of each container on the network platform; then according to the inputted data of the containers, comparing the containers of different lessees to determine whether the exchange conditions thereof are satisfied; and if the exchange conditions are satisfied, exchanging the containers of the lessees satisfying the exchange conditions in equal amounts so that the lessees lease the exchanged container. |
