PURPOSE: A flexible black plate steel sheet with an excellent anti-aging property and a manufacturing method thereof are provide to improve workability and productivity as yield elongation is not generated by actively controlling solid elements. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a flexible black plate steel sheet with an excellent anti-aging property includes a step of heating a slab including 0.0005-0.002 wt% of C, 0.03-0.08 wt% of Al, 0.5-0.6 wt% of Mn, 0.002-0.006 wt% of N, 0.01-0.03 wt% of P, 0.001-0.02 wt% of S, and the rest of Fe and inevitable impurities at a temperature of 1150-1300°C; a step of manufacturing a hot-rolled steel sheet by hot-rolling the heated slab; a step of manufacturing a cold-rolled steel sheet by cold-rolling the hot-rolled steel sheet at a reduction ratio of 75-95% after cooling the hot-rolled steel sheet; and a step of temper-rolling the cold-rolled steel sheet after annealing at a temperature of 600-750°C. |
