<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an optical device and the optical device manufactured by the same, capable of improving workability, insulation performance between a substrate and a heat sink, and heat dissipation through the heat sink. According to the first characteristic of the present invention, the method includes the steps of: (a) preparing a raw plate for the optical device including a vertical insulation layer; (b) forming a thickness groove on the lower side of the raw plate for the optical device along a cut line; (c) forming an electrical insulation layer with a flat surface by a curing process after a liquefied insulation material is sprayed on the surface with the thickness groove; and (d) forming a fixing hole which vertically passes through the raw plate for the optical device and the thickness groove.</p> |
