<p>Disclosed are a method and device for allocating transmission time and calculating uplink subframe number. In the method, a base station allocates a free first uplink subframe for a user equipment UE waiting for accessing the base station, wherein the first uplink subframe is used for the UE to report channel quality indicator CQI or precoding matrix indicator PMI to the base station; the base station allocates a free second uplink subframe for the UE, wherein the second uplink subframe is used for the UE to report the rank of the precoding matrix RI. The second uplink subframe is selected from the free uplink subframe of the first 0-N subframes of the first uplink subframe, wherein N is greater than or equal to the period for the UE to report CQI or PMI to the base station. According to the technique solution provided by the invention, the effect of improving resource utilization, uplink throughput and user satisfaction is achieved.</p> |
